Due to strict hygiene standards for inner-wear, Leonel does not accept returns once a package has been opened or the product is tried on. If there is a defect or mistake, contact us at support@leonel.in within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.

Yes. We offer a 7-day exchange window for size only. The product must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please email us at support@leonel.in to initiate an exchange.
