Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS.
Shipping Coverage
Currently, Leonel delivers within India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
Estimated delivery timelines are:

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
From time to time, Leonel may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Payment Methods
Leonel currently accepts prepaid payment methods only, including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS that allows you to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

Leonel Private Limited will not be responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or inability to contact the recipient, the courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
Lost Shipments
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@leonel.in. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at support@leonel.in so we can assist you.
