Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Due to the intimate nature of innerwear, Leonel follows strict hygiene standards. We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, washed, or used.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange or report an issue, you can contact us at support@leonel.in. Please note that approved exchanges or returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@leonel.in so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Requests reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

In such cases, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene considerations, innerwear products cannot be returned once opened, worn, tried on, or washed.

We also cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Sale items or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We offer one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To request a size exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and may not be possible for limited edition or out-of-stock items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
